Course Change
There was an unusual amount of traffic on my normal neighborhood "400M" route so I mapped out one in the opposite direction. It was longer than my previous "400M" course. I have found that these 400M workouts require more warmup than a normal jogging workout or else you start tweaking things. I'm probably going to start doing 5-10 minutes of jogging before I hit the sprints from now on.
