  3. All I did today was 5 rounds of grappling at 4 minutes each with a couple of my students. I'll get out and test my mile tomorrow or Saturday.

  4. lol. You just tend to your biscuits. You might win the mile, but there are other events. It's a long way to September....doing your almost full squats.

  6. what is that supposed to mean.... " almost full squats " ....its not even gonna be close. You'll wake up the day of the olympics and your head will pop off the pillow and you'll be like oh no.....the olympics are today....I had eight months to prepare and I did nothing.
