Huffing and Puffing
Today as I exercised I realized that I am very out of shape and that I am not going to be back in shape in an easy 1 or 2 months. It has taken me a long time of undiscipline lack of exercise and eating whatever to gain this state. It will probably take me a good 6 months of consistent, disciplined effort to be fit again. Bummer of a realization.

It was harder than it sounds.
Lee...great job on that workout! I know just how hard a 400m sprint is, even without the dumbbell work! Keep it up!

100 Burpees for time: 7 minutes, 50 seconds
Lee....terrible job. I also disagree with you thinking you need 6 months to get back into shape. The people on biggest loser are way fatter than you and they get into pretty freaking good shape in less than 6 months.
ReplyDeleteDon't let this cross fit mumbo jumbo be your excuse to do weiner workouts...and then tell yourself eventhough your not getting into shape and you don't look anybetter that your getting fit.
