Quick Post

It's a busy day today. Here is a link to my current workout schedule. Right now I'm at week 5. I am mixing in a full Tabata workout along with a bodyweight workout (squat, pushup, pullup) when I have the energy. Jill reminded me today of all of the things I have to do, so with that realization I will probably not have as many substantial posts 'til I finish the bar. Enjoy the links and videos recently added to the side there.

  1. Did the full body Tabata workout with Zach this morning in the gym at Mary Jo Pecham park:

    DB swing 35 lb. DB
    Air Squats
    Push Press 10 lb. DB
    Swiss Ball crunches

    Total time= 19 minutes

  2. Cool! I ran out of time today, so here's what I did:

    1. Burpees
    2. Lat Pulldowns 120lbs
    3. Squats
    4. Pushups

    1st round - 1 minute of each exercise
    2nd round - 45 seconds each
    3rd round - 30 seconds each
    4th round - 15 seconds each

    I tried to get through the entire set with minimal or no rest. Whew!
