Recomitted

I recomitted to an intense bar study program in the last few weeks before the test. 26 days to go! I woke up late this morning and in order to get to my study place on time I had to settle for pushups.

  3. I took today off to do some taxes and administrative work for my school. I've still got time today, though...boxing class is coming up and grappling is right after that, so I'll at least get a sweat worked up.

  4. I did my pushup, pullup, situp, and standing jump routine again and it was brutal.
    * 2 minutes rest inbetween sets
    3 sets 15 pushups
    3 sets 40 situps
    3 sets 5 pullups
    3 sets 30 standing jumps ( I do these like I am trying to jump as high as I can and then I hit my hands with my knees...I keep my hands somewhere between waist and chest level )
    It is very hard. Feels like running sprints.

    Just shows you how out of shape I am when I think 3 sets of 15 pushups are killer
