Stomach Workout


So last night at about 1am, I started doing the food poisoning vomit workout. It is pretty intense. I don't reccomend it for beginners. I feel 100% today so I'm not sure what the deal was. Anyway, I'll have a more substantive post tomorrow.

    400M 1:35
    Push Press 12 reps 40 lb DBs
    400M 1:50

    Then 10 minutes of continuous cycles of
    3 Air squats
    2 Pushups
    1 Pullup

    I was able to do 24 rounds in 10 minutes.
