This morning I did a pushup workout and a Tabata Squat workout. Scored 11 on my squat workout(meaning the fewest number of squats in any of the 20 second work periods was 11)
I like the Virtuosity article. It's exactly the same in martial arts. You can get by with a certain amount of athleticism, but to reach that next level, one must focus intensively on the fundamentals, and continue working on them, rather than get to the flashy stuff too soon.
Got a nasty workout planned for later...I'll post it when I'm done.
I ran two miles again tonight. Im running two miles on mon, wed, fri right now. Im trying to find a good weight routine to throw in on tue, thu, and sat
