Intensity

Today I passed a kidney stone for my workout. It was unbelievably painful.

    My knee's a bit sore, so I stayed with the upper body today.

    Tabata pushups
    Tabata Lat Pulldowns 80lbs
    1/2 Tabata Dumbbell Presses
    1/2 Tabata Dumbbell Curls
    Tabata Bicycles, Crunches, Toe Touches (ab work)

    If all goes well, I'll do some running tomorrow.
