stagnant
Well, I have been working out everyday for about 2 weeks now but am still not back at pre-kidney stone level. I am close but not quite there. I ran two miles tonight in 15:15, and I was at about a 14:50 pace before. I'm not sure if I need to step up the intensity or what because my weight and conditioning have pretty much stayed the same for a couple of weeks now. The only thing I have really seen much improvement in is the amount of pullups and pushups I can do so I guess I am making some head way there. I can almost do 3 sets of 5 pullups and can almost do 3 sets of 15 pushups. Not much but its better than where I was. Well, hope everyone is doing good with their individual routines. Hopefully by the end of August I will be ready to step into the octagon with Whit :) Just kidding, I would never do that no matter what kind of shape I'm in.
