What kind of box did you use??I just got a 44lb kettlebell and a set of gymnastic rings for my school...you're welcome to come out there anytime to use them.Thursday: 1 min sprint followed by 1 min rest, 5 sets.Friday: Repeat of Wednesday, but with a heavier kettlebell and pullups on gymnastic rings.
I'm definitely not ready for the rings yet but I'm working up to it.
