Box Jumps and deadlifts

Thursdays workout was box jumps and deadlifts, an unpleasant combo.

    15 Box jumps (full hip extension at top)
    15 Dead lifts w/ 40 lb db's

  2. Oh, that rocks! What kind of box did you use??

    I just got a 44lb kettlebell and a set of gymnastic rings for my school...you're welcome to come out there anytime to use them.

    Thursday: 1 min sprint followed by 1 min rest, 5 sets.

    Friday: Repeat of Wednesday, but with a heavier kettlebell and pullups on gymnastic rings.
