Thursday, Friday, & Saturday

Thursday I was supposed to do my metabolic conditioning workout (met-con) but it got bumped to Friday. Thursday I practiced handstands and planche progressions.

Friday I turned in my most intense workout in a while breaking my previous time by close to 3 minutes. Today I played some hoop at the church. Hopefully I'll get my squats in today too. Otherwise Monday.

    My lungs were burning pretty good afterward. I just laid down on the playground for a few minutes. One intense workout like that where you push yourself is worth two regular workouts.
