Tweaks

I have a lot of aches and pains today. Sore left ankle. Tweaked big toe on my right foot. Weird pain in my shin about every 45 minutes. This is really the first day I've felt any training tweaks. Nothing to keep me from training, just annoying.

    DB Swing- 9 (40 lb. DB)

    Last time
    Air Squat-15
    DB Swing- 8 (40 lb. DB)

    I was not feeling it this morning. I felt like a champ to even train today.

  3. I did a workout...but I don't have my numbers handy. I did dbell bench press, commando pullups, kettlebell clean and press, tricep rope pushdowns, db curls, 50 decline situps, and 3 sets of 5 kneeling ab-wheel rollouts. Oh, and 100 Air Squats. We did some sparring tonight at my school as well. I'm spent. Keep up the great work, guys!
