Yeah, these guys make me look like a turtle with a bad hip.
Just in from my run today...5 1-min sprints with a 1 min rest in between. Next week, my runs shift to six sprints of 45 seconds each with 30 second rests in between.
It's Saturday...I rang in my 40th year with 3 sets of 40 burpees, 40 pushups, 40 squats, and 400m run. I was going for 4 sets, but ended up flat on my back, looking at the sky after that last run, so I figured that 3 was enough.
That was sick. It looked like the 2nd place guy might catch him. He ran that faster than I can run two laps.

that's intense whit. I am trying to run shorter faster runs too. The sprint will be a fun event

ReplyDeleteJust got in from testing my mile...did it in 6:40 today. Seems like turning 40 did me some good!
